I enjoy the properties location and beach access. The unit was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. It could benefit from some updating. Would definitely stay at this site again

live in bradenton and need a place to stay Suited our needs nicely

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay a bit more north on the island. This place offered easy access to the beach and publix. It was very clean and had an equipped kitchen. They also offered good quality beach chairs. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the carpet for tile. The other units have tile and carpet and the beach don't mix well.

3 dead roaches in floor upon arrival. Also dirt on bedding and counter tops. Ants in the kitchen. The recliner had black tape holding it together underneath. This could be a really nice little cottage if some updating was done like the neighboring cottages. Will stay Somewhere else next time
