Reviewer Comments: We have been Island House regulars during Independence Day week for about 20 straight years. This year we were looking forward to celebrating the 250th birthday of our nation. But for some inexplicable reason, the date was given to somebody else. The only explanations are either incompetence in the office or money changing hands. Loyalty meant nothing.

I’ve always had a wonderful relax vacation.. tho the rules have changed and the looks of the property has been changed. The condos were updated and it just keeps getting better and better each year.. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is great! However, the unit itself is dated. Doors to lanai are broken, door handle to bathroom in 2nd bedroom is broken, vertical slates missing in 2nd bedroom missing causing the bright light from outside walkway to shine in bedroom all night. Fresh coat of paint would do wonders. Beach chairs in unit were not usable as they are rusted. No extras in this unit at all compared to other units, but again, location is great.
