We spent New Year’s at this apartment in Land’s End and had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet, and the location is truly excellent. The view over Sunset Beach is fantastic, and being able to enjoy sunsets from here never gets old. We have stayed at Land’s End several times before and continue to appreciate the beach, the scenery, and the overall setting. The apartment itself was generally clean, although some kitchen appliances were not fully clean and needed to be washed before use. This was manageable but worth mentioning. The unit is somewhat dated and offers limited storage space for clothing. In other apartments at Land’s End, we have had larger walk-in closets, which were more convenient. That said, the location on the top floor was a big plus, as it ensured peace and quiet with no noise from above. One of the highlights of our stay was the wildlife — we were fortunate to see dolphins and manatees, which made the experience even more special.Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoy staying at Land’s End, especially for the views, the beach, and the peaceful atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our week here. Great, quiet place to relax. Everything was clean and taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stay at Lands year because we love the location and the condo itself! It’s so nice being om vacation, but not in the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third stay at Land's End, but first time at this particular unit. The Treasure Island location is great in many ways. The condo, however, was disappointing in comparison to what we have enjoyed in the past. Dusty artificial plants, broken light fixtures, worn/uncomfortable furniture - and no rug as shown in the photos. Kitchen/bedrooms/bathroom was fine.
