nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors. house is clean and has everything you need. pool is great. friendly and accommodating host. Close to beach and whatever you may need. Only thing is it's in the back of the development so takes a good 10 minutes to get out of the subdivision.

House was clean. 20 minutes from beaches. Little flies or mosquitoes that can fit though the net are present at night by the pool. We used repellent and candle.
