We had a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious and has absolutely everything - this is a real home and not just a holiday rental house, which makes a difference.Nice big pool and summer kitchen for outdoor meals, and stunning grounds complete with a little olive grove at the back and a big fig tree providing lovely juicy snacks plucked straight from the tree. The village of Lourmarin is about a 20-25 minute walk or 5-minute drive. It is a well-healed, vibrant (at least in the summer) place with restaurants, cafes and upscale shopping. The caretaker Christel is very available for any questions or help needed, and the owners themselves came by and were very friendly and helpful. They'd left us a number of welcome treats: rosé in the fridge a number of local products such as tapenade and cheeses. We thoroughly recommend this house and would definitely return.
