PALAIS ALICE is a charming apartment situated in the heart of the area called Carré d'Or. The capacity of the apartment is up to 2 people.
This charming apartment, decorated well arranged, it is perfect to accommodate a couple, or business travelers.
Ideally located in the Carré d'Or of Nice, you will be on the corner of rue Dalpozzo and the lively rue de France with its bars and restaurants.
You will also love its chic and sober decoration that makes you immediately feel at ease.
The apartment has a free wifi internet connection and an air freshener.
You will be right in the city center, on the second line from the sea, less than a minute of walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.
Downstairs of the building, you will find all the local shops such as bakery, butcher’s shop, and a supermarket. Enjoy the life of neighborhood by testing many small restaurants in surroundings of the apartment, for example, such, as the restaurant "Bistrot Dalpozzo" with live Jazz music every night.
Then get Place Masséna and Old Nice in 5 minutes of walk and discover all the local specialties and the famous Flower Market.
Nearby there is a bus stop with several buses, allowing you to move easily around Nice and its surroundings.

Great location just right next to the beach and just a stone throw away from the center. The mattresses of the apartment were very comfortable!

Lovely apartment, comfortable and nicely decorated. Well located, a Carrefour nearby and easy to walk either to the promenade or Place Massena. Lots of storage, comfy bed, air con was a bonus as it was sooo hot. Once the windows are closed it’s very quiet.

Noisy music was playing every night from the bar underneath until midnight and sometimes all night. Kitchen could have a few more items, I.e, bread knife.
