Usual Florida rental.

Awesome location! Unit was also clean. We had 2 safety issues we were assured would be fixed, and they never were. Who I assume was maintenance walked in and looked and one issue and walked out. He never returned. One issue was a pole on the balcony could be completey pulled out as it had come loose. The other was the deadbolt on the front door not functioning. Most people want that additional lock for additional safety. As a guest, you have no idea who has access to the door code. Traveling with a 4 year old autistic child, that lock was essential for her safety. We had to go out of our way to ensure she didn’t access that door with the deadbolt not functioning. She can push those push down handles, but cannot operate locks. This situation was explained to the host. With that being said, I’d probably still stay again. For any future renters, be cautious with kiddos on the balcony and be sure to check the railing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the stay. It was very clean, no issues with the water pressure and everything worked. There was a "squeal" when you flushed the toilet or ran the master bedroom, but otherwise, we would stay there again.

Neither sink drained in the master bath. One was better than the other but still not good. The coffee table was broken. The floors were DIRTY. All our socks were black by the end of the day. There were clumps of hairs from previous renters under the beds. We wiped down the counters upon arrival due to being unclean.
