The towns' shops, restaurants and delightful waterfront are just a few yards walk away at the bottom of Robinsons Row. The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms, and offers pleasant estuary views from the garden. Patio door leads on to terrace and garden beyond. At the rear of the property is a good size garden with terrace area (accessed via the bunk bedroom) with patio table and chairs and pleasant views of the estuary. Aune Cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family. Please note: The property is not accessible by road, there is a steep incline to access Aune Cottage. Note: Important, From the 11th of December 2026, this property will no longer provide a parking permit.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
