The location was great for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Be prepared for a ‘treasure hunt’ if you arrive after 1.30 pm on a Sunday and need a car par park. Collect your keys from self check in kiosk, then proceed to the car park now the hunt begins for a hotel signed car park. After parking your car be prepared to walk back to near reception to find your apartment block as there are no signs to say which elevator to use. Find your apartment and be prepared for not the cleanest smelling place. There were provisions for tea and coffee but we weren’t left any milk. The laundry sink was dusty not that I needed to do any laundry thankfully. Dishwasher smelt dusty Need to get new cushions for the couch Tracking on bedroom door to balcony was VERY dirty

Parking was an issue

The bedrooms were excellent and the living area was very good. The beds were comfortable and warm.

We arrived at 3:15 pm and the reservations desk was unmanned in contravention of the written instructions. We had booked for three adults but there were only two coffee cups. The tv had no free to air TV and it wasn't worth our time to set things up. If there is no antenna feed then the internet channels should be installed.
