This is our fourth year renting this unit. We love our time here. The owners are very responsive to any suggestions. People nearby are quiet and yet friendly. We are planning to come back next year.

This is the third year in a row we have rented this unit and the owners have made improvements each year. This year they purchased a new mattress for the king sized bed in the master bedroom. The unit and the area are well maintained. We have already rented the unit for next year.

We enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the heated pool and Jacuzzi each day. Friendly people at the pool and enjoyed reading. Condo layout is great and having the balcony overlooking the golf course is beautiful.

There were no sheets on the twin beds or any in the condo to fit them. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals (SBVR) Had someone come the next day to put sheets on the beds. We were short 3 pool tags which took 5 days to get replacements. Toilet seat broke (one of the bolts holding it on broke off) and the toilet completely stopped working in the guest bath - 2 days to get fixed. Friday the microwave died when I first called I was told I would have a new one in a couple of hours. Four hours later I called for a status and they said they were waiting for the owners approval. 3 hours later I got a call and they ordered one from amazon and I wouldn't get there until Saturday. Got it late afternoon on Saturday. I didn't bother unboxing it we were leaving on Monday am. To say I was not happy with SBVR would be an understatement.
