Old Garden Hotel Batumi

I really liked the hotel’s location. It’s very central and conveniently close to everything you need. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel offers good value for money and is a basic but comfortable place to rest and sleep, especially if you’re looking for a great location without spending too much. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, a good choice for a budget-friendly stay!

The breakfast was good, but the selection was quite basic and limited. The breakfast area was also relatively small, and I felt there could have been a little more variety. It was decent overall, but nothing particularly special.

Staff not smiling, you great them with a big smile and the reaction you receive back is a gloomy look. But they do thei job as a receptionest.

Location was great, room was specious and very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, we loved everything!

Very good location, spacious room, clean bedding and towels

Unpleasant service. Towels, hygiene products, coffee and tea, dishes prepared only for 2 in a 3-person room - we asked for additional set but no one brought it. Small dining room - people were waiting in line for their table - it's worth taking this into account if someone is in a hurry somewhere. Very dirty carpets everywhere.
