Location and common meeting room stocked with water etc was great

But rigid only communication is allowed by Line. Pillows are far too high

This is a great home stay in Tainan. The double room we stayed in was very big with a huge bed and was really comfortable. The design was well thought out and stylish. Communication was excellent, although I was very wary initially when receiving a WhatsApp message. I was asked to click a link to make payment which I would urge against as I have encountered similar messages via the Booking.com website which are not legitimate are. I requested to pay at the property which was very easy and was met by a very friendly member of staff. We were also able to leave our bags prior to check in, in the lounge area.

Comfortable spacious room. Nice bed, lots of storage. The balcony was a nice touch. Located close to the train station down a quiet alley. Never heard street noise in the apartment.

In all our home stays in Taiwan, this was the only one that didn’t offer coffee or hot water, and would not let us check in even a minute early even if the room was ready. Balcony had no seating on it.

The rooms are a really good size. Location felt central and was next to a great pizza place.

One was so big, I was baffled why they couldn't put 2 beds. They only had one bed rooms left and we have 5 people so I had to book 3 rooms which felt gougey. The building is smelly like old cigarettes and herbal medicines. The lighting in the rooms is nothing like the picture, ours were harsh and uninviting. The shower heads were odd and just the overall stay felt off. I wouldn't stay here again.
