Great location, great price! Bed was comfortable

Easy walk out to the beach! Had a blast

Great place to stay! We will definitely be back

Mixed feelings about this property. Needs some updates pretty badly. Location is awesome so it has potential but I’m not leaving a great review because I hope you fix the place up for the next guests. Everything is old and falling apart. Door knob fell off during our stay because the door did work. Management did fix it immediately. It’s a small house and the AC couldn’t cool the property to less than 78 degrees. It’s an old property with old doors and windows and needs to be insulated better to stop the loss of air conditioning. Front door has visible gaps to the outside and no storm door. The bed in the master feels like they picked up a bed from goodwill. It just super old or cheap. Either way, I dreaded sleeping each night and wife had to sleep on the couch. Put a king bed in the master. A queen is too small and just feels like you don’t care about the guests. We experienced a lot of ants on the countertops and dining room table. Didn’t feel clean trying to prepare food or eat during our stay. Behind the sofa were a lot of dead bugs. Found dead bugs in the kitchen near the cracks of appliances.None of these problems were brought to the attention of the host because what are they really going to do about them during our stay? Someone needs to take the 4k I just gave you for the week and fix the place up for the next guest. Location is great. The property management was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.
