Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Maid service daily. Microwave and mini fridge in room which was great it saved us a bunch of money . We got groceries from Safeway via Door dash. Coffee maker in room. NO TEA BAGS . So if you are a tea drinker bring your own . Free breakfast was good . They offer scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausage, bagels and cream cheese, toast and jam, cereal, yoghurt, muffins and apple and orange juice. There is a McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Checkers and a Chinese food restaurant across the street. Location was a 40 minute public transit ride to NATIONAL MALL. Which didn't bother us cause we use public transit when we travel. Staff was very accommodating. Front desk receptionist Wanda was AMAZING. I would definitely stay here again. Great value . Highly recommend.

Front desk were happy to answer questions. Was reliable enough to be a place to stay as needed which was what it was for us. Wasn't really here for luxury or ammineties (not that there was much of those things) but just needed clean, affordable, safe place to stay for an event in town we traveled up here to attend.

Minor issues during check in Broken handles/etc Smoke alarm actually kept going off at like 9:40am due to repairs on the elevators (not sure why or how these 2 are related) which was very annoying and frightening at first. Of course no money back or compensation for anything was offered, just an explanation and "yeah sorry".
