Great location overlooking the marina.
Large comfortable room - (225).
Shuttle bus useful.
Great cafe for breakfast ( extra cost).
Only slight gripes - was that the room was missing the hairdryer and we had to ask twice for one.
Also had to ask for bottles of water that were supposed to be in the room.

The room was great and location great - a very good breakfast and dining businesses attached but not owned by hotel
The advert for the property said it had a bar and showed photos in advert which it does not it’s now a private yacht club and was asked to leave the bar by them so it was embarrassing. They also said they had a food outlet near swimming pool don’t exist. Pool was not clean. Noise from some construction work.
