Great retro motel on Route 66!

A nice vintage motel along Route 66. It was decorated both in the lobby and in the rooms with fun items from the 1950s including an old radio playing music and ads from that decade when we entered the room. In the lobby there was tea in the evening and coffee and tea in the morning plus a variety of snacks that you could help yourself to. It was fun to talk to the staff about Tucumcari.
A bit expensive for a quick overnight stay without breakfast.

Old Route 66 feeling and location and the old radios in the room were best.
No fridge, no microwave, very poor working AC for upstairs room. Only went about 5 ft around the actual unit. Very hot to try to sleep.
