Property is convenient. Condo was very spacious although slightly dated in some aspects it was perfect for our stay! The pool area is excellent very relaxing. Loved having garage parking. Would definitely book again. Communication was very good with the property management company. Very easy booking process beginning to end!

beautiful property, great time. wasn't happy with the extra booking fee though.

The condo was huge! Beds were very comfortable and loved the location. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding all over. Loved the balcony. Very nice pool area. Walkable to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for part of spring break. I was traveling with my daughter and her two friends. There was major construction happening on all the condos to our left. Cement drilling started promptly at 7:30/8am and lasted all day. Super noisy which made for sleeping in and coffee hour hard. Wish we’d been given a heads up prior 😬 The community small beach and pool area was nice. The saving grace was the property manager!! He was a saint and God send. Couldn’t have asked for a better manager❤️
