Surfside Properties property management company was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The condo itself could use a few updates but all issues were either resolved or placed on a list for maintenance. Overall, we had a positive stay and experience. The location of this condo and price point are exceptional.

Perfect area to be away from the crowds. Perfect size condo for four adults and a child. Bay views are perfect.

Cute small condo with great location. Couch needs updated badly. It was the main seating and it was very uncomfortable to sit on due to needing repaired or replaced.
I also question the cleaning fee.if we have to take trash out and strip beds, why do we have to pay for cleaning fee.?
