Beautiful, clean home. Loved all the extra touches like laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, kitchen towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, lots of bath towels! We never ran out of towels and did not have to do laundry (except for our personal beach towels). And that was with 11 people!! The kitchen was well stocked - But bring your own spices if you plan to cook! Three of the king bedrooms are large with private bathrooms. The 4th king bedroom shares a bathroom with the twin bed/bunk room. The driveway is very short and steep. We were so thankful for the use of the garage! We had a long bed pickup that had to be pulled up a bit into the garage to avoid hanging out in the narrow alleyway. And when vehicles are parked in the garage behind you, it’s a tight turn to back out. (But that was just with the long pickup! Our other vehicles were fine). Also, be sure to ask for an overflow parking pass! They say there is no street parking, but apparently the street is also the overflow parking. We had 3 vehicles and a golf cart, so we kept a vehicle parked in the front. The parking passes will be on the counter when you arrive. The garage was so handy for our coolers, bait, fishing gear, etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this house! We would definitely rent this house again!!

We enjoyed the house very much. I feel it is important to note that one of the king bedrooms shares a bathroom with the bunk room area so if you are planing to have 4 adult couples, one will be sharing the upstairs area and bathroom with the kids. It worked out great for us with 3 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. Great location. Very cute house.
