Pool was great.Listened to the birds singing in the am.10min walk on the beach to my conference at Hammock Beach resort watching the sun rise over the ocean every morning.Clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful landscaping with nearby amenities (restaurants,groceries,retail stores).Our unit was relatively clean and maintained. We didn’t mind doing a bit of housekeeping. It wasn’t clear as to how involved the property management company would be concerning maintenance (light bulbs,tv remotes,appliances) however, we were too busy to ask. The beach chairs,umbrellas and pool toys were not advertised for availability, we found them in a front bedroom closet on day three. All in all, a very good vacation spot, next time we’ll ask more questions of management!

The place is nice and clean. Loved the amenities. The view is beautiful! Everyone was friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time visiting Cinnamon Beach and our least favorite property to rent. The size and location of the condo were good. We couldn’t even sit on the living room couch or chairs because you would sink right into them. The pillows in one of the bedrooms were completely flat. The mattresses in the two guest rooms were extremely uncomfortable and no one slept well. A large portion of the condo has carpet and it was stained and smelly. The dryer broke while we were there and it wasn’t fixed so that we could wash and dry clothes prior to leaving. There were other little issues like a shower door that wouldn’t close and a toilet that kept running water. For the price we pay to stay in a condo here, we expect much more comfortable accommodations like we’ve experienced in other condos. If the furniture was updated, new flooring, new mattresses and new paint were added I think it would be a much better place to stay.
