Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved that the condo was updated, kitchen was well stocked and lots of seating on the balcony. Only issue- we did find a cockroach first day, bought spray to take care of and found several last day of stay. Contacted management group and all that was said was they would let resort know. No apology or offer about any compensation. I understand we are at the beach and bugs are common, but roaches, if brought home can become a very large nuisance.

Overall, the property itself was great. Great views, spacious kitchen and living room area. Short walk to the beach. Id definitely stay here again so any complaints at all after this are more for constructive criticism purposes. The property was clean except for some residual sand in a few spots on the floor left over from previous guest...but hey, sand can be a bear. Bedding was clean but the fitted sheets on all the beds are not deep pocket sheets so they were constantly coming off. A little annoying but not a deal breaker. Just an FYI, the parking garage has VERY low clearance so if you use a topper or your vehicle sits tall at all, you won't fit. This is not the owners fault. Just a building thing. The only other thing is the check in and out process. Its a drop box at a separate location about 20 minutes from the property. You go there to pick up key cards and passes and you have to return them at the same location instead of being able just to leave them in the room. All in all we had a great time and a great stay. Like I said, aside from a few constructive quirks, its a great place to stay!!

Clean condo with lots of seating! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, air fryer and two coffee makers! Very cute atmosphere! Would definitely stay again!

Worse thing was the large roaches in hallways and elevator and few were in the condo. Kitchen faucet has problems it will not work in certain positions , the mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not comfortable. AC leaked on carpet. Furniture was old and outdated. To many old and outdated electronics in the main living room it needs to be reduced to one cable box and one remote.
