Good location, close to beach and most of Port Aransas. The on site outdoor shower comes in handy. Room was clean and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay! Place is a little older but affordable and very comfortable! A/C worked great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was cozy, had most of the items we needed and was comfy and very convenient to our go to places. It was a bit noisier than we are used to but quiet between 10p and 7a. I’d have preferred it be a bit cleaner on check in but the issues were minor. No dishwasher, heads up! We got great value for our money.

Property is affordable and fairly conveniently located. It’s a very no-frills spot, which is reflected in the affordability. There were some definite cleanliness issues and we could have used more towels/washcloths. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. There were no hot pads. Most places we’ve stayed have had some salt/pepper/kitchen basics, but this doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, but we would have thrown some in if we had known. The property was quiet and felt safe.
