The house is large and roomy and lots of space to cook and gather in the main floor , while enjoying amazing views of the ocean and a lovely breeze . The care takers were so helpful and always there if needed . The rooftop deck was terrific for star gazing and sunbathing if you like that .. a nice pool and lounging was easy watching the ocean right outside of the living rooom. I highly recommend the house .. it is only 15 mins north of tulum too . Thanks for the great time . My brother and i had a terrific time

The big drawback is the house is located on a long road with many pot holes (dirt). It is tough to go anywhere. Additionally the pool at the house is on the back side of the house so you dont have access to see the ocean while swimming. The ocean is not swimable due to excess seaweed so it would be much nicer if they were on the same side. House was fabulous though!

It was perfect for our family and there was room to spread out. The host was great and the view was even better. Be advised that Casa Dena is a 15 minute drive on a dirt road off the main highway.

The bedrooms are beautiful an all face the ocean, the kitchen is well equipped and is made for entertaining, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating, and the beach is peaceful and quiet. The grounds keeper and his wife are attentive and respectful. This property is a hidden gem.
