I really loved the location, especially the room with the balcony, which looks straight out onto the beach. The rooftop dining area is wonderful, particularly in the evening when you can just sit back, relax and soak up the view. It was lovely to enjoy an authentic Kerala breakfast there in the morning, served with freshly made food and juice. There’s plenty of parking just off the road, you just need to ask the owner to show you where it is.

The roads are quite narrow in the surrounding areas, which could be very troublesome if you're coming for the very first time. Also, there are a lot of railway tracks, so if there are any incoming trains, you'll probably have to wait.

It starts with an amazing view from the balcony and the location of the property is a 10/10 , right in front of the beach that provides you easy access to the beach and nearby cafes also. The atmosphere is really safe and you can find literally everything nearby, be it cafes,rental 2/4 wheelers,souvenir shops and what not. The host and caretaker has been really welcoming with us during our stay, especially Mr. omanakuttan(caretaker) was really helpful and co-operative throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and literally felt at home with in house breakfast options with scenic morning beach views at the covered terrace having an island kitchen is worthy of every penny you spend here. You can also get beach chairs for free from the property.
