The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, the bathrooms and bedding felt clean and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided at the house, on the chilly nights. It’s the perfect location. And it was surprisingly quiet inside, even with all of the Spring Breakers around us! Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful time, the house was spacious and roomy. The open Kitchen, dining room and living room space was great for socialization and playing games with the whole family. We went as too families and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back.

Good location, very clean accommodations, and the kids loved the game table - so did the adults.Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the layout of the house with the large open layout and furniture was great for two families. The kids loved the game table too. Overall the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked (obvious dirt on cabinets/baseboards ) in bathrooms and kitchen. And, it wasn’t clear in listing that we would have to drive to beach due to no access despite being really close. In the end, we rented a golf cart and the kids loved it but added expense we weren’t planning for. Also, we had an issue with a toilet and it took about 6+ hours for someone to come out.
