It sits in a small cove, with a rocky entry to very calm water filled with marine life and turtles! Many, many turtles. The property is small, and quiet, and lovely. The rooms are not extravagent, but clean and well maintained, and each room has a view to die for. Ray, the property manager takes very good care of everything. The surrounding area has a local feel to it. If you're looking for glitz and nightlife, this is not your spot, but if you want access to the ocean and peace and quiet, this is it. You can walk to Napili beach, and it's a short drive to Kapalua and Honolua bay.

The condos are clean and have needed kitchen items to cook meals, etc. And, you can't beat the snorkeling in the protected bay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We keep returning to the cove, we love it here. However be aware that during the Holidays many families come. There were many children running around making a lot of noise, especially in the early morning when it is supposed to be quiet hours. Many parents were not monitoring there children. I was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the units bathroom.
