Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It went smoothly. There were no hangers in the closets. Everything was clean. Kitchen lacked a few essentials, bowls, cups for coffee or tea - a random assortment. We never spoke to anyone. It was all by texts. It was not a problem, but, if we’d had one, I’m not sure if it would work. We were not told that there were 2 buildings, so, couldn’t figure out the correct number to punch & had to text for info, because no one answered. Finally, called an emergency number & got the info.

No one made contact to see how our stay was going, the guy in the booth at the entrance was not helpful at all. Had no clue to the protocol. I had to go to another office offsite several miles from condo just to get my keys and parking pass. SUPER inconvenient when you’ve been driving in traffic for 6 hrs. Then I got sarcasm from property manager to check my text message when asking about where the office was. Just all around poor communication. Dishes were dirty condo was super hot when we got there. Beds were comfy. Location was nice. Pool was SUPER SMALL. Barely shallow end room so not accommodating for small kids. No shade at the pool either. Vending ice machine that cost $7 a bag was insane. Elevator was out of commission several times a day so we had to walk 7 flights. I saw I worker twice in the 4 days we were there.
