Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great and in the PERFECT location. We loved being able to walk to everything around Gruene without worrying about parking or leaving. If you’re looking for somewhere to tie up and float at the condo, this is NOT the place! There is water access, but not the water access you’re thinking! Also very steep to walk down to the water, which didn’t bother us. The views are gorgeous and this condo is somewhere we will be staying again! 10/10!

Perfect for getting to sights in Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. The town of Gruene and New Braunfels had a lot to offer as well. There was walkable access to food, entertainment, rafting. The traffic in the area was busy for such a small town but the unit comes with 2 parking spots if needed. It was nice to have Netflix at the unit for the teens. Overall great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely stay there again as the location was perfect to walk to everything in Gruene. The inside of the property was in excellent condition but the outside, looking towards the river, could use some repairs as the boards were rotten and the view to the river could be improved by clearing some of the growth of the vines and shrubs. Overall, I would recommend this property to everyone.
