Villa 14 Suites

It’s convenient and located near too many shopping areas. They offer complimentary breakfast as well with the stay on the room. Staff were very polite, professional and accommodating specially Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. AlAgaty. Internet was good and fast. My room was upgraded as complimentary by the front desk since I asked if they have different room where I didn’t reserve the suite room online by mistake.

Price per night was little higher than expected but it’s ok.

Our room smell smoke. Someone smoked inside the room. The room we recived werent close to our childrens room. But they manage to solve that very good.

staff was professional, place was clean and cozy. as i was appearing for an exam , it was near to exam centre. good experience.

Place was very expensive , i mean you could find same level accomodation in much lesser price. i had to go to exam centre daily and it was near the centre that's why i chose to stay here. one issue was the time which it took for food delivery services . the place is far from downtown cairo although mid distance from pyramids. one suggestion to the hotel management to expand the food variety in the menu for dinner. and do provide toothpaste in the toiletries.
