The apartment is super sweet with lovely décor and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. Everything you need for a great stay in Sawtell!

Very comfortable clean close to beach and Main Street. Only negative was having to scan my drivers license and Mastercard online ( after I had paid ) I don’t normally do this when booking with stayz ( as I am concerned about security. )

Clean little unit across the road from the beach. Wasn’t a big fancy place but good for what we wanted, a cheap getaway close to the beach. The unit is upstairs (no lifts etc) so if you have mobility issues it may be a problem. Unit is stocked with plenty of games and movies for quiet days. Good coffee at the lifesaving club across the road. And dinners were good at the RSL which is also across the road (all walking distance). Our only issue was the screen door at the entrance which didn’t close properly unless you lifted it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a lovely location. The unit itself is nice although the lounges are old and in need I replacement. The carpet is also old, dirty and needs replacing, I noted this same comment from November 2020 on reviews. Outdoor furniture on the balcony also needs to be replaced.
Bathroom was not particularly clean and towels etc are very worn.
