This is a very special place. It is so beautiful and homey in person. We walked in and it felt like we already lived there. We went to the Lancaster Trails and I proposed to my girlfriend after almost ten years of being together, too, which just makes it all the more special of a place to us. Thank you so much, John, for visiting with us and telling us about the area. It was a pleasure to meet you.Anyone thinking about booking this place should just do it, and preferably do so for at least three full nights. Our only regret is that we did not book more time. We really should have stayed an extra day or three.

Absolutely beautiful! Loved the cabin and the town. John is an amazing host. He makes sure everything is taken care of and takes great care of the property. The view is spectacular and fires in the evening. Quiet and very private.Small town has a great charm to it and nice trails for a hike. We will definitely be back, thank you for an amazing weekend

If you're looking for a country getaway then this is your place. Outstanding communication with John the owner. It truly is Serenity cabin. The cabin has every convenience needed. This cabin is tucked in between beautiful rolling hills of Southwest Wisconsin. Great place if you bow hunt, fish, or just want a quiet getaway. Serenity cabin gets a 10 out of ten. We will be back.
