Communication was efficient and not bothersome. The condo was in good shape with everything in working order. Some days we walked to the Sunrise Gondola, other days we used the free canyons shuttle, which is a fast, free and excellent service. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in close proximity to the Canyons village. Easy access to the mountain and canyons amenities including access to a clubhouse with an excellent outdoor hottub for an after-riding soak. The condo was cozy, clean and well-appointed. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean, spacious, and located very close to the Canyons Ski area. The wifi and cable were not working and when we reported it, the property manager quickly responded to try and fix the problem. Separately, when we ran the water on the 2nd floor, there was a sulphur smell from the water. The property manager also responded and fixed this very quickly - he thought that the 2nd floor water heater hadn't been used in awhile and had to drain it.Finally - and this is my personal opinion - families might want to consider that the staircase to the 2nd floor is fairly steep so I think small children would want to be very careful.

This place is convenient to the slopes if the Canyon Valley shuttle is running and you request accordingly during busy times. It generally worked well for us. Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay but do have several suggestions: the directions for getting there should describe how to find Chalet A as it is not in order of the other Red Pine chalets. The door handle/lock needs work as it is very difficult to open. The mattresses on the twin beds need to be updated. These issues did not disrupt a great family vacation !
