Nice condo. Short walk to convention center and the bridge to get to the lagoon pool and beach. King bed was comfortable. Communication with host was friendly and prompt. Would definitely book again.

We wanted to be close to the beach, but with a quieter feel than being right ON the beach for a quick birthday weekend trip for our 6 year old. He loved the beach and the lagoon pool, but we also enjoyed the heated pool right next to the building the condo is in. Everything was lovely, quiet and clean, and the beach was a short walk or tram ride and wasn't crowded. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

The villa was perfect! The bed was sooooo comfy! A/C worked great, Plenty of extras- books, floaties, kick boards and all the kitchen items we needed to make several meals during our stay! Enjoyed taking our dinner on the patio in front of the fountain. Lees than ten minute leisurely walk to beach

The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. This was our first time at edge water and we didn't know what to expect so we were very pleased when we got there, we had 3 generations (total 7 people) and we had plenty of room. My only comment for improvement would be this, instead of having people come pick up their pass to get through the gate mail it to them so they can go directly to the condo. We were there during spring break and traffic was intense and even though the office wasn't real far away it seemed like forever since we had already spent 2 days in the car to get there.
