Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here and being able to park our car for the weekend and walk to the gondola, restaurants, and the shuttle bus to Vail Village within minutes. We enjoyed the hottub each day after skiing, and the pool was also very warm and relaxing. The condo is supposed to sleep four in a one bedroom with a hidebed couch in the living room. The hideabed is terrible and our son had to pull the mattress off of it and sleep on the floor the second night to be able to get any sleep.

The location is great - close to the lifts at Lionhead, the grocery store (and general store), and bus stop to Vail Village. There are stairs involved to get from the condo to everything. We had some issues with kitchen supplies during our stay - we reported that to the property management and they took care of it the next day. I was very impressed with the property management's communication and responsiveness. The sectional in the living room was very comfortable - they were updates to the ottoman and chair in the living room compared to the pictures. (nice upgrades) We really enjoyed the ski room in this condo complex as well.

Although the condo was the right size and did have much of what I needed, it is in desperate need of updating. There were no working humidifiers (a MUST!), the spices, although many, were so very old, the bedding and pillows were seriously lacking, the drawer for the dresser was broken, as was a knob on the night table..I could go on. However, the management of Westwind is stellar. The whole team is super responsive, helpful, lovely (even drove me and picked me up from the grocery store!). Property just needs a refresh.
