Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf - An Emirates Group Company

The cleanliness of the rooms ALL the hotel staff from the pool staff to house keeping to reception and security

Nothing

Stayed here for a few 8 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, good value for the price. But the highlight honestly was Lekendra, who manages the pool area. He was always around, kept everything spotless, and was genuinely friendly without being in your face about it. My kids loved the pool and felt safe the whole time, which as a parent means a lot. He even helped us sort out a couple of towels when we ran short, no fuss at all. Small things like that make a big difference when you're travelling. Would stay again without hesitation.

None. Tbh. Better to give dental kits & slippers without asking.
