The number of people this property sleeps is a little misleading in the description. The sofa beds in the living room are actually a reclining sofa and a reclining chair. Neither one lay flat to make a bed. It sleeps 6 comfortably in actual beds. We did have 1 person on the couch and another on an air mattress provided by the host so we made it work, but it wasn't

Friendly host and clean. It's a comfortable place.

We had such a wonderful stay in a relaxed and warm environment that was easily accessible to all our activities!

The house was wonderful! We were running late to check in and the owner changed her schedule to accommodate meeting us and letting us in! My husband and I came in to meet friends for a football weekend and the house had enough room for everyone to be so comfortable. All the amenities we needed were there plus a delicious coffee cake for breakfast! The house is located close enough to campus to quickly get there and back, but far enough away that you aren't in the middle of all the game day weekend traffic. We will definitely be renting again the next time we come to College Station!
