Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is only a few minutes from town, which is nice. The cabin is nice, but definitely dated. The jacuzzi was nice, but don't expect any jets and it's not steaming hot. The deck is dated, lots of nails, so don't walk barefoot. There's a nice area on the deck with a spectacular sunset. If your going to cook, bring your own spices, oil, coffee, etc. Overall, it was a great weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend in Idyllwild at Golden Sunshine. This is a very charming, welcoming home with everything you need for a relaxing weekend in the woods. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals, the living spaces were great for playing games, watching movies and hanging out with friends. We spent some time playing games on the deck and would have loved a few more adirondack chairs for watching the sunset, but other than that we had the best time. Would recommend for couples and families looking for a spacious home in a relaxing environment with excellent views. Also, an easy 7 min drive to town for food and amenities.

Through it all though we had a great time. Lots of history that can be visualized in this old house. I would go again!
