Very happy with our stay! Everything was great!

Loved the property and all its amenities! Loved how close it was to the beach. It was clean, and spacious! The only thing that was a minus, there were no TVs on first floor, and the dumpsters were far from rental. Other than that we enjoyed and are grateful for y’all’s hospitality!! We totally recommend your location for vacation!

Place was perfect! The dogs liked being able to go on the deck and the kids like the rooms and space.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelicans Place is getting a little run down and needs some improvements. The plumbing needs attention, the 2nd level floor near the dinning room, feels like you might fall through in a couple of spots. The washer is extremely loud, the dryer was broken and couldn't be used. Maintenance came out and fixed some of the drain issues and tried to fix the dryer, but was unsuccessful. We had to use a local laundry to wash and dry our clothes, which took time away from our vacation.
For the price we paid, I expected everything to be in working condition. I recommend that someone does a complete walk through before anyone is allowed to stay at this location.
I wouldn't recommend this property until these issues are completely repaired.
