It was very close to the bus station. Also close to the city center (15min by feet). Most of the fascilities that you need were available.

The appartemnt was very small and you can not put clothes anywhere. It is a problem if you want to stay for longer. A little mold in the windows in the toilet, but that can be cleaned fast ☺️

The staff was attentive and very kind. We asked for a heater and they brought one in short notice. Also, we asked for one more night and they were flexible, allowing us in. Also the kitchen was very useful, but the only stores available are the minimarkets where you find basic groceries.

The room is in second floor (only two ramps of stairs) and is cold in winter. There was no heating, but when we asked for a solution, they brought a heater. Location is good, just know that in Alfama you will have many ups and downs, that it is perfect if you want peaceful and silent plance and that it is not very well connected to other parts of the city by bus. Still, you can walk and appreciate the neighborhood. Also, the shower doors were broken and the water comes out of the shower
