The property was perfect for our family of 5. I loved this unit. BYO shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy access to a somewhat private part of the beach. I love how you dont have to cross seawall to go to the beach!

Air conditioner did not work when we arrived and the toilet did not flush (broken chain). The management company did answer the after hours phone, but only after the security guard called them. They called a maintenance man, but the entire unit needed to be replaced. So, we had to move to a different condo three miles away. That was OK, but we had family staying in another condo at the same location, so that made it difficult to get together.
