Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Plenty of space. A solid choice. Was confusing to not know if linens, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc. would be there. Seems like very simple stuff that would make a big difference. One bed had sheets I found in a drawer, the other we found a sofa cover to use for the bed but both had really nice duvets, so confusing. Grill was great, location was lovely and it was a good place overall. I would stay again.

This was a great weekend getaway with my family! The two rooms are nice, and the two full bathrooms make sharing the space with four people easy. The living area is more spacious than it looked in photos. The location was nice- right on the water and close to many public beaches. The fully stocked kitchen meant we could easily make meals. The deck off the back has a nice bay view, and the furniture is comfortable! One note on communication- We were told bedding, paper products, and even hand soap may or may not be included, depending on the cleaner, and no towels (ultimately, paper and sheets were provided!). The lack of clear answer about what would and would not be included made packing for the trip more difficult. Communication was unclear and kind of curt. I said in my initial message we would have two vehicles and was told there were four spots for three units, and nothing additional about having an extra vehicle so I assumed it was ok as there was one extra spot and I wasn’t told otherwise. A few days before the trip i was messaged that I needed to call the town of slaughter beach to park a second vehicle on an adjacent road— this ended up being fine and very easy, but the communication was delayed.

Great stay.

The cottage was very nice, great view of beach and bay. The other units were not occupied this time of year, so extra peaceful. It was my dog's first beach experience; lots for her to explore along the wrack. Great breezes and waves, lots of windows. Full kitchen, except pan lids and corkscrew! Near prime hook and other refuges.
