We were a group of six staying for 4 nights and found the house was a great size and well set up for us. The bedrooms are nice and big, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms & 4 toilets. The location was great, a quick walk to the beach or restaurants. There is a very large apartment building being built next door, the price was discounted because of construction but we didn’t find the construction intrusive to our stay. We did find some of our phones kept switching between QLD and NSW time being right on the border. An uber driver told us that we were in an area that was considered NSW by uber so ww had a bit of difficulty securing rides further north to Pacific Fair etc. Coolangatta is a lovely relaxed spot to stay, it’s a nice beach town, and this house is great if you want to relax and spend time by the sea

Didn’t meet the host, just picked up keys from the management office, which was in a convenient location

Plenty of room. Well equipped

My Family had a weeks stay in the villa and we could not fault anything It’s in a great location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay We will be back again next year for another weeks stay
