Great place to stay in Port Aransas! The villa was nice and clean, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

I booked this based on the listing not having any negative reviews and the acceptance of dogs. I'd say that the unit is in need of some tlc. The floors were super sticky some basic painting and cleaning were needed. Also, note that you will have to strip the beds and take the trash out upon departure. It's a pretty quiet spot and the pool looked inviting for warmer weather. I sent the management 1 email about coffee with no response. We also discovered that the majority of the windows, along with the sliding patio door, did not have functioning locking mechanisms, which is especially concerning with small children in the house. Overall, it's a decent property. It served it's purpose, but we will probably stay somewhere else next time.
