Fantastic location, friendly host, good food
No hot water, but that is quite common in TZ and anyway the cold water is not too cold 😃

Beautiful location. The restaurant/bar area is alright. The rooms are spacious and bright. The balconies are good. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Poor WiFi. Electricity cut-offs during the night making it extremely hot in AC rooms. Poor cleanliness, dirty towels and bedsheets. It took a long time to acquire new bedsheets and towels, and even then they looked dirty. The first day it took three hours to get lunch (we were a group of 12 people) and when it arrived the lunch was cold.
