Good spot by the walkway bridge and the entrance. Prime spot to walking distance to everything. Water was turned off when we came back one day. No notice. But contacted owner responded right away. That was good to know. Weve stayed at edgewater about 4 times no issues at all.

Nice and roomy.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The description was spot-on and we cannot wait to come back next summer!! Check-In/Check-Out was effortless, especially, since we drove 6+ hours & arrived very late. The location was perfect and right next to the walking bridge, that led to the pool deck & beach entrance. We did not use the tram, but it was readily available if we needed transportation to & from the beach. My family & I loved every minute spent at this unit & resort!!

Lovely property but terrible smoke smell when we first checked in. Owner was GREAT and very responsive, offering several options for making it better, and refunding one night pushed it to amazing. Perfect location for the convention center activities. Pool is wonderful and a short walk away (or you can ride a complementary tram). If we ever come back, will stay here again with no hesitation!
