Very clean and everything in good condition. Good breakfast with a varied selection of food and beverages. Friendly staff with good language skills.
There was no coffee or tea making kit in the room

Convenient on-site parking, modern rooms, modern climate system that was reasonably quiet, good location in Wandsbek, pet friendly
Rooms are small, bathroom door and room door run into one another, but quibbles really, but for the price...

Location is just 3 S-Bahn station from the main station, very comfortable when you're coming to Hamburg by train. We stayed earlier in another hotel from this chain and really liked it, that's why we booked it this time. Price / quality is really good, when you're fortunate enough to get a room with a working AC in hot summer days.
Unfortunately air conditioning wasn't cooling off our room. Even though ventilator inside it made some noise, it did not cool the room even a bit, unfortunately the room was on the sunny side and was super hot even at night. We were sweating and could do nothing. The temperature on the street direct in the sun was more pleasant than inside the room. Comfort was a forgotten word for our stay :( We wouldn't stay there again.

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysty i ładny pokój. Dobre śniadania.
Pani w recepcji była "średnio miła", ale mogła mieć akurat gorszy dzień..."
