Our family’s 3rd year in a row at same villa.During past year property has had various improvements and for sure its in an excellent location, pool very well situated regarding daily sun. We’ll be going back in 2027

House clean, very comfortable, enjoyed the pool. Had a few issues but were taken care of promptly

All fantastic

Overall, the house was as described. It was fairly easy to access and though we were hardly there the space worked well. The location is close to a lot of amenities which is very convenient. The traffic in the area was miserable – and the road construction didn’t help. Our biggest issue was with the AC. When we arrived, it was incredibly hot inside. We lowered the AC and it cooled off ok. But by the last night we were there, it was back up in the mid-80’s upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are), so we called the after-hours number and left a message… No one ever called back and no one came to fix the AC. So, we opened some windows and pulled out all the fans we could find – hoping it would cool off enough to sleep. All the while hoping the horrible screeching alarm that sounds whenever the back door was open wouldn’t wake us up. Going back and reading previous reviews it seems there are off and on issues with the AC… A few other notes – be prepared to bring or buy laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, sponges, trash bags, salt, pepper, etc. There are strict guidelines on cleaning upon departure, and you will need to plan ahead. The game room is a great bonus. It has obviously been used a lot and could use some attention. For example, but there was only one pool cue for the pool table…
