4 adults stayed here for the World Cup weekend. The tiny house had everything! Easy parking, fun walk to the front door, good views over the park, easy (but a tad hilly) walk to town, well equipped kitchen (except for baggies) Well equipped bathroom (has all essentials) Beds and pillows not to my liking but certainly adequate. Would work well for a family, lots of games. The four of us thought it was perfect!

Wonderful location. —lovely comfortable and spotless cottage, well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds.

Such a great property for a family so close to downtown Lake Placid! Tom and Emily were fantastic hosts, and the property was just as described. The kids loved being 30 feet from a playground, where they quickly made friends with anyone else playing. The decks were a fabulous place to hang out and watch them play. We grilled out half the nights we were there and enjoyed having a proper kitchen. Easy walk into town and mirror lake. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had a great time. The house was perfectly located so we could walk to Main Street and peruse the shops or get a bite to eat when we didn’t want to make our own meals at the house. We were also able to hike the mountains that we wanted and hike the ADK rail trail.
