It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The local ski areas did a great job of managing with little snow they had this season and we even got in a fun day at Arapahoe basin. Not sure who the owner is, but must be a windsurfer and kite boarder… I flew up from La Ventana Mexico for the trip and fyi started the first resort there back in 1993.

Terrific communication and very well equipped house. Good location as well

Great condo -- had everything we needed for our ski vacation and our trip went smoothly.

Overall stay was nice, just had a few improvements that can be made to raise quality of stay. 1. Ensure all lights work. The downstairs back patio light would not come on. This is where the hot tub was so it was inconvenient, I raised this issue to property manager but nothing was done. 2. Filthy carpet. Replace stairs and downstairs bedroom with the queen. 3. Fix curtains in downstairs bedrooms. Neither worked right and could only raise half way up. 4. Ensure plumbing is turned on for all faucets. I had to turn the hot water on in the downstairs bc the valve was closed. 5. Sharpen knives. All cutting knives were very dull. 6. Add pictures to make the property more inviting. The walls were white with almost no pictures or decorations. The property had a nice garage and sleds for use for vacationers which was great. Also plenty of room for a family with 9 people and had all the cooking and utensils you would need for a Holiday dinner. Really enjoyed the games provided as well.
