We enjoyed our week at the cottage. Obviously some things were different to "normal" because of Covid (ie we were not allowed to buy logs for the fire from the owners, which would have been good as it got a bit chilly at the end of our stay) Also various attractions (eg the heritage railway) were shut because of the virus. But we still had a good time and loved the peace and tranquillity of the location.

Narrow roads but otherwise an excellent location in a well-kept barn conversion.
Friendly and sensible farmer's wife made us welcome.
